By accessing or using niftee® services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. niftee® is a service of Profit Now Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Consent: By creating an account or purchasing our Services, you expressly consent to (a) these Terms, (b) our Privacy Policy, (c) the collection and processing of your data as described therein, and (d) receiving service-related communications from us. This consent is indicated by checking the required consent box during signup.
niftee® provides website creation, hosting, and maintenance services for small businesses. Our services include:
Pricing: Our services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
No Setup Fees: There are no setup fees for our standard service tiers.
Optional Add-On: Domain registration is an optional add-on service available during onboarding. It is separate from your website subscription and billed as an additional annual charge through Stripe.
Non-Refundable: Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed. This is standard practice in the domain registration industry, as registrations are processed immediately with the underlying registrar and cannot be reversed.
Annual Renewal: Domains renew automatically each year at the then-current renewal price. You will be notified before renewal. To cancel auto-renewal, contact support before your renewal date.
DNS Management: niftee® manages all DNS configuration for domains registered through our service. This ensures your website, SSL, and CDN work correctly. If you need custom DNS records (e.g., for email services), contact support and we will configure them for you.
Domain Transfers: You may request a transfer of your domain to another registrar at any time by contacting support in writing. Transfers are subject to standard ICANN transfer procedures and any applicable registrar fees. Domains must be at least 60 days old before transfer per ICANN policy.
Third-Party Registrar: niftee® facilitates domain registration through a third-party registrar. We are an intermediary, not the registrar of record. Domain registrations are subject to the registrar's terms and ICANN policies in addition to these Terms.
Your Content: You retain ownership of original content you provide to us, such as your business name, logo, and original photographs. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use this content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, even after cancellation.
Our Content: niftee® retains full ownership of all website infrastructure, code, design systems, AI-generated content, stock images, written copy, and all other materials created as part of our Services. This is a service subscription, not a product purchase or work-for-hire arrangement.
Upon Cancellation: When your subscription ends, your website will be taken offline immediately at the end of your billing period. No content exports, backups, or transfers of website materials will be provided. Domain names registered through niftee® may be transferred to you upon written request, subject to standard ICANN transfer procedures and any applicable registrar fees.

niftee® is a registered trademark of Profit Now Solutions LLC. All rights reserved. The niftee® name, logo, and related branding elements are protected by trademark law and may not be used without prior written permission.
Muldrow Marketing is a trade name (DBA) of Profit Now Solutions LLC and provides marketing services in connection with the niftee® brand.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new customers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, niftee® and Profit Now Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless niftee® and Profit Now Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fayette County, Georgia.
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland: We process your data under applicable legal bases including contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent. You have additional rights under GDPR as described in our Privacy Policy.
